You know, a lot of the weirdness of 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors makes some game design sense in terms of the structure of the plot, but one of those things is not EXPLAINING TO ME HOW FUCKING SUDOKU WORKS LIKE NO ONE IN THE WORLD HAS EVER HEARD OF SUDOKU BEFORE OH MY GOD THIS GAME CAME OUT IN 2009 EVERYONE HAS PLAYED IT I AM A FUCKING CHAMPION AT SUDOKU LET ME PLAY THE FUCKING SUDOKU AND STOP GODDAMN MONOLOGUING ABOUT IT

wait what 45 minute cutscene what there are no cutscenes what

The Safe Ending contains at least forty-five minutes of nothing but uninterrupted text. You just hold down the button and advance the text for forty-five minutes of real time.

I may be slightly exaggerating; there’s the interactivity where you use the watch, but I’m fairly sure that came before I started watching the clock.

Anyway I’ve taken these posts off the tracked tag because I’m not like, trying to be pointlessly negative, I just thought it was kind of hilarious.
