Hey! This is my submission for Light Grey Art Lab’s Tarot, Mystics and the Occult exhibition: the King of Wands, and forgive me if this is true, but my final probably makes way more sense in my head. I read up on this court card and decided that this particular King is something of a Prometheus (there are leadership roles, infinite potential and creativity involved, if you don’t feel bent to look it up). And any modern Titan worth their salt would probably smoke like a chimney and wear their familiars like epaulets of badassery in the Fuck You I’m Immortal Army. Vroom vroom.
